Article 2 — Subject and Product Information
This agreement governs the mutual rights and obligations relating to the sale of credit packages for AI-assisted image and video generation offered through the artolume.com website.
The packages are digital content and are credited to the user account as credits immediately after purchase.
Credit purchases of a custom amount outside the packages are also subject to this agreement; the validity period, withdrawal and refund rules are the same as for packages.
Validity period: Credits granted with a package and the agent tokens included in the package are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. At the end of this period, any unused balance is removed from the account and can no longer be used. If a new package is purchased before expiry, 30 days are added on top of the remaining period, and the existing balance also remains valid until that new date.
Article 3 — Sales Price and Payment
- The sales price is shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) on the payment page.
- Payment is made by credit/debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
- Card details are not stored in Artolume's systems; all payment data is held by iyzico in compliance with PCI DSS.
Article 4 — Delivery
The product is a digital service; once the payment is approved, the credits are added to the user account instantly. There is no physical delivery.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502 and sub-paragraph (ğ) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, digital content delivered instantly in electronic form and whose use has begun is outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Since the purchased credit package is credited to the account upon payment approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. For details, please see the Cancellation and Refund Policy page.
Article 6 — Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the parties shall first be addressed through the support line. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.
Article 7 — Entry into Force
Before the agreement, the buyer confirms with a separate checkbox on the payment page that they have read the Preliminary Information Form and consent to the credits being added to their account immediately. This agreement enters into force when the checkboxes on the payment page are ticked and the payment is completed.
