Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Digital Product

All packages offered for sale on Artolume are AI credit packages credited to the user account instantly. Under Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, digital content that is delivered instantly in electronic form and whose use has begun is excluded from the general right of withdrawal.

Credits and the agent tokens included in a package are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase; at the end of this period, any unused balance is removed from the account. A new package purchased before expiry adds 30 days on top of the remaining period.

2. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Accepted

• If some or all of the credits have been used
• If the 14-day statutory period from the purchase has passed
• If the same account has previously requested a refund
• If evident/intentional misuse or a breach of the service terms has been identified

3. Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered

In the following cases, our support team may review the request and assess it at its discretion:

• If the request is made within 24 hours of the purchase and no credits have been used
• If the service could not be used because of a documented technical error on the platform side
• If a duplicate payment (the same order paid twice) has occurred

In these cases, the refund request must be submitted through the contact form together with the order number.

4. Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel the order at any time before the payment is completed. After the payment is completed, cancellation is subject to the refund conditions above.

5. Refund Process

Approved refund requests are refunded to the card used for payment within 5–10 business days of approval. The refund period may vary by bank.
