The seller makes the sale in its own name; it is not an intermediary service provider.
2. Main Characteristics of the Service
The product sold is a credit package used to generate images, video and text with AI on artolume.com (digital content / a service performed instantly in electronic form). The package name, the amount of credits and the agent tokens included in the package are shown on the payment page before payment. How many credits each generation will deduct is stated on the generation screen and on the Pricing page.
Credits and the agent tokens included in a package are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase; at the end of this period, any unused balance is removed from the account. If a new package is purchased before expiry, 30 days are added on top of the remaining period.
3. Total Price and Payment
The total price is the amount shown in Turkish Lira on the payment page for the package you select. No additional fees, shipping or delivery costs are charged beyond this amount. Payment is taken from a credit/debit card in a single transaction through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.; the purchase does not renew automatically. Card details are not stored by Artolume.
4. Delivery and Performance
There is no physical delivery. As soon as the payment is approved, the credits are added to your account and ready to use. The Service is used with an up-to-date web browser (desktop or mobile) with an internet connection; no software installation is required. Generated files can be downloaded from the gallery in your account; no technical protection (DRM) is applied to the digital content.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to sub-paragraph (ğ) of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Since the credit package is added to your account upon payment approval, you have no right of withdrawal once you consent on the payment page to performance beginning immediately.
Nevertheless, the seller's own refund policy is reserved: the conditions for purchases with no credits used, documented technical failures and duplicate payments are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page. Requests can be sent to destek@artolume.com or to the postal address above.
6. Complaints and Disputes
You can submit your complaints to destek@artolume.com, by phone or via the contact form. In disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where you made the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.
7. Retention of the Contract
This form, the version of the Distance Sales Agreement in effect at the time of payment and your acceptance record (order, date and time, IP address) are kept by the seller for at least 3 years. You can always access the current version of the form and the agreement on these pages, and save or print the page.
