Membership Agreement
This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
Summary: No credits are granted to the account upon registration; a credit package must be purchased for generation, and credits are valid for 30 days. Your generations may be shown in the public showcase (Discover, model page examples, home page examples) together with their prompts and the model name, without your name or e-mail. Generations you mark as "Private" are not shown in the showcase.

This agreement sets out the terms of use of the AI-assisted image and video generation service (the "Service") provided through artolume.com. Credit package purchases are additionally governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Article 2 — Account and Membership
- To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. If you register on behalf of a company or organisation, you accept that you are authorised to represent it.
- The account is created with an e-mail address and password or with your Google account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions carried out through your account. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately.
- You may not transfer, rent or sell your account to third parties.
Article 3 — Scope of the Service
- The Service consists of tools such as image generation from text and product photos, studio shots, video generation, background removal (cut-out), multi-step generation flows (Workflow) and advertising/content agents (chat-based assistants).
- Generations are performed automatically through third-party AI model providers. It is not guaranteed that the result will always meet your expectations or be error-free.
- The list of models, tools and credit costs may change over time. The current cost of a generation is shown on screen before generation, and unit prices are shown on the Pricing page.
- Uninterrupted availability of the Service is not guaranteed; interruptions due to maintenance or providers may occur.
Article 4 — Credits and Agent Tokens
- No credits or tokens are added to your account when you sign up. To create, you need to buy a credit pack on the website or start an Artolume PRO subscription in the iOS app (Article 4/A).
- Each generation consumes credits depending on the selected model, quality/resolution, quantity and, for video, duration. The amount is shown before the generation starts and is deducted from the balance when the generation is started. Some tools may not consume credits; this is also shown before use.
- Chat and Expert (agent) chats run on a token balance separate from credits. Tokens may come included in a package or be converted from credits; the conversion is one-way, and tokens cannot be converted back into credits. The charge for a chat turn is deducted after the response is received, based on the actual number of tokens used; nothing is deducted if the provider returns an error.
- Credits and tokens included in a package are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. At the end of this period, any unused balance is removed from the account. If you purchase a new package before expiry, 30 days are added on top of the remaining period, and your existing balance also remains valid until that new date.
- If a generation cannot be completed due to an error caused by the provider or the platform, the deducted credits are automatically refunded to your balance. No credits are refunded for successfully completed generations, even if you do not like the result.
- Credits and tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. For purchases on the website, payment, withdrawal and refund terms are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Terms; Article 4/A applies to subscriptions in the iOS app.
Article 4/A — Subscriptions in the iOS App (Artolume PRO)
- In the iOS app, credits are purchased with the auto-renewable Artolume PRO subscription. Weekly and monthly plans add the plan's credits to your account at the start of every period. Plans, credit amounts and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is collected by Apple and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Artolume does not see or store your card or payment details.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in the app under Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you can keep using the credits already added until then.
- Upgrading to a higher plan starts immediately; Apple refunds the unused part of the old plan proportionally, and the credits for that unused part are deducted from the new plan's credits. Downgrades start at the next renewal.
- Refunds for purchases made through Apple are requested through Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com) and are subject to Apple's terms. If Apple approves a refund, the credits for that period are deducted from your account. The Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Terms that apply to website purchases do not apply to these purchases.
- Subscription credits are added at every renewal and remain valid for at least 30 days from the latest renewal. While the subscription continues, unused credits roll over to the next period; after the subscription ends, any unused balance is removed when its validity expires.
Clause 4/B — Subscriptions in the Android App (Artolume PRO)
- In the Android app, credits are purchased with the auto-renewing Artolume PRO subscription bought through Google Play. Plans, credit amounts and prices are shown in the app before purchase; each period's credits are added to your account at the start of the period.
- Payment is taken by Google and charged to the payment method in your Google account. Artolume does not see or store your card or payment details.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in the app under Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep using the credits already added for that period.
- An upgrade starts immediately and your billing date stays the same; Google charges the difference between the two plans for the rest of the current period, and the credit difference for that remaining time is added to your account. A downgrade starts at the end of the current period.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play's refund process and are subject to Google's terms. If a refund is approved, the credits for that period are deducted from your account. The Distance Sales Agreement and Cancellation and Refund Terms for website purchases do not apply to these purchases. Credit validity is the same as in Clause 4/A.
Article 5 — Content and Rights
- You retain the rights to the product photos, reference images, logos, brand information and prompts you upload to the Service. Artolume uses them only to provide the Service (generation, storage, display in your account and transmission to AI providers for generation).
- You accept that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for the images, logos and brands you upload and for the people whose likeness is used. You are responsible for third-party claims arising from such content.
- You may use the images and videos you generate with the Service, including for commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by the terms of the AI providers used. The showcase use under Article 6 is reserved.
- AI outputs may resemble other users' outputs. Before publishing an output, it is your responsibility to check that it does not infringe third-party rights and that it represents your product accurately.
Article 6 — Showcase (Discover) and Private Generations
- By accepting this agreement, you accept that the images and videos you generate with the Service may be shown automatically, without separate notice, in Artolume's public showcase areas — the Discover page, examples on model pages and home page examples.
- In the showcase, a generation may be shown together with its prompt, the name of the model used and its generation settings (e.g. aspect ratio); visitors may use this prompt in their own generations. Your name, e-mail address and account details are not shown.
- Only successfully completed generations may be shown in the showcase. Artolume has the right to choose which generations are shown and to remove a generation from the showcase.
- You may mark any of your generations as "Private". Private generations are not shown in the showcase; if a generation is in the showcase when you mark it, it is removed immediately. If you turn on the "Make my new generations private" setting on your profile page, your subsequent generations start as private.
- Generations you delete from your gallery are also removed from the showcase; when your account is deleted, all your generations are removed from the showcase.
- We recommend that you do not write personal data, confidential business information or information belonging to third parties in your prompts; mark generations containing such information as "Private".
- Under this article, you grant Artolume a free, non-exclusive permission to reproduce your generations for showcase purposes and to display them publicly. This permission ends for a generation when that generation is marked as "Private" or deleted.
Article 7 — Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for the following purposes:
- Generating unlawful or obscene content, content involving child abuse, hate speech or violence;
- Generating content that infringes others' copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights; using real people's likeness without permission or portraying them in a misleading way;
- Generating product images and advertisements that show features the product does not have or otherwise mislead consumers;
- Attempting to circumvent the Service's security measures, usage limits or credit system, or overloading the Service with automated tools.
Requests that violate the AI providers' usage policies may be rejected by the provider. In the event of a breach of this article, the relevant content may be removed and the account may be suspended or closed.
Article 8 — Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. The images and prompts you upload for generation are sent to AI providers so that the generation can be performed.
Article 9 — Changes to the Agreement
- Artolume may update this agreement. Each update is published on this page with a new version number.
- When a new version is published, you are informed when you log in to your account and asked to accept the new version. You may continue to use the Service until you accept it; during this period your generations are not shown in the showcase.
Article 10 — Closing the Account
- You may request that your account be closed at any time via the contact form or destek@artolume.com.
- Artolume may suspend or close the account in the event of a breach of this agreement.
- When the account is closed, unused credits and tokens are not refunded except in the cases listed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Article 11 — Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall first be addressed through the support line. For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; for other disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir have jurisdiction. Your rights under consumer legislation are reserved.
Article 12 — Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force when you tick the acceptance checkbox during registration or on the agreement acceptance page. The version you accepted and the time of acceptance are recorded in your account.
